Larkindale Farms
The Larkin family farm · Upstate New York

A family farm, built to feed our neighbors.

Larkindale is the Larkins' dale: our family's land, where we're building a grassfed dairy, an on-farm creamery, dry-aged beef and a forage business, one season at a time.

What we do

Four parts of one farm

Each part of Larkindale has its own job, and they work together: our forage feeds the cattle, the dairy supplies the creamery, and the beef comes from the same pastures.

Our name

Why "Larkindale"?

We're the Larkins, and this is our dale: the valley land our family farms in Upstate New York. Larkindale is simply the Larkins' dale.

The farm is a family effort. Parents, kids, grandma and uncle all have a hand in it, and every part of the business carries the same name because the same people stand behind it.

We're early. We'll share the whole build, from permits to pasture, in the Farm Journal.

Larkin + dale
= Larkindale

A dale is an open valley. Ours has pasture, hay ground and room to grow: the lark on our crest rises over it.
