Questions

When does delivery start?

Our on-farm creamery is planned to open in 2028. Waitlist members will be the first to know dates and delivery days for their area.

What areas will you deliver to?

We're mapping the route from waitlist ZIP codes. The more neighbors who sign up in your area, the sooner we can reach you — so share this page!

Will the milk be A2A2?

Our own Larkindale Dairy herd is being built from Jersey and Brown Swiss cows tested A2A2, meaning they produce only the A2 type of beta-casein. Many people report that A2 milk sits easier with them. When milk from our herd is in the bottle, the label will say A2A2. Milk from partner farms will be labeled for exactly what it is.

Where will the milk come from?

From certified-organic, 100% grassfed cows: our own herd as it grows, and small partner farms near us before and alongside it. Every bottle will say where its milk came from.

Is the milk raw?

No. Our milk is gently vat-pasteurized in our licensed creamery at low temperature and left unhomogenized (creamline). Just shake before pouring.

Do I have to pay anything now?

No. Joining the waitlist is free. Founding-member deposits, if we offer them, will be optional and refundable.
